The Company has extensive experience of delivering face-to-face training courses, on both a bespoke in-house basis and in an open “public” course format.

When developing in-house training courses, we ensure that there is appropriate senior management involvement from the customer at every stage.

Experience has shown both us and our clients the significant benefit, in terms of content relevance and added value, that can result from proper discussions and consultation with the appropriate people at the planning stage.

Our training courses are delivered at introductory, intermediate and advanced levels as appropriate.

 

Usually our courses are designed for between 8 and 16 attendees. Our courses are interactive and our trainers always seek to encourage questions and discussions throughout. The training is supported with slide presentations, individual and group exercises, case studies and background reading material. The Company also provides some material in e-learning and CD Rom formats.

 

 

Bespoke Design

Where requested we can design bespoke post-course multi-choice question and answer (exam) papers to test out the knowledge gained by the attendees

The Company charges a negotiated rate per “full training day” plus any out-of- pocket travel, accommodation, subsistence and printing costs incurred. Our training rate is inclusive of the associated pre-course content design and preparation work (unless an unusually high level of consultancy work is required).  Training courses that are subsequently run more than four times per year will normally benefit from a “volume discount”.
